Some tips for your creatine takers
- creatine monohydrate by pro lab is the best rate and is priced great
- do not over dose on this products, you body can only handle so much creatine, your liver will just flush the rest out, thats making your liver work harder, not hard,
- don't take it all the time, do the cycle, take a month or 2 off
- they say it's best to take 30 min before workout, some say after, no proven studies yet
- mix with water, nothing with acid like juice or coke
- get ready to pee, it does make you pee alot lol
- drink plenty of water, it will leave you dehydrated
- drink plenty of water anyway! it give your a better complexion, makes you feel better and flushes out the body's toxins
- creatine is only an aid, hard work in your sport will alawys bring more results then any suppllement!

Those who are veggies?? Gosh, I better ask my doctor of I'm a vegetable. I want to get as much as possible from creatine, and vegetables that workout frequently get greater benefit according to this blog I read online.

☼ Any creatine is fine. Brands and labels dont matter.

☼ Who's "they"? You're local gym rats? There are plenty of studies on the subject. Taking creatine immediately after your workout will improve absorption, and when co-administered with other substrates such as glucose and protein, the uptake is improved so much that the loading phase becomes unnecessary.
3) mix with water, nothing with acid like juice or coke
☼ While you shouldn't drink it with a citric acid drink, like orange juice, especially not a fruit juice after your workout, mixing creatine into a glucose and protein solution will improve its uptake, especially post workout.
4) get ready to pee, it does make you pee alot lol
☼ Yea, it also makes your skin turn purple and your palms hairy. Seriously, where do you come up with this stuff?
5) drink plenty of water, it will leave you dehydrated
☼ Hey Einstein, you think drinking all that water is what's making you pee and not the creatine??
Really son, you should not dabble in medical or fitness science until you've at least attended 4 years of college and majored in the subject, otherwise you're just going to come off sounding completely dumb. This isn't exactly cutting edge creatine research you have here. Take your vid off youtube until you've educated yourself.
I take creatine and don't drink that much water and it does make you go ALOT more....Purple K does anyways....I am not usually in the bathroom as much as I am when I take creatine! I speak from experience.
