CREATINE MONOHYDRATE, THE POWER, THE SIDE EFFECTS

WHAT IS CREATINE?

Creatine is the most frequently used supplement in sports today. Creatnohydrate was discovered in 1835 by the French! Creatine is naturally found in meat. About 40% of the body's creatine stores are free creatine, remaining is in the form of cretine phosphate.

Creatine monohydrate is processed through the liver pancreas and liver. The average male produces about 2 grams of it per day.

Is Creatine Monohydreate a Steroid?

There have been some people that have been claiming creatine monohydrate is a steroid. In fact this couldn't be further from the truth. Creatine monohydrate is an amino acid, actually it's a protein. Creatine is naturally found in things like fish and steak. They aren't even in the same classification. In fact in the clinical tests done, all the athletes involved had better performance with no long term side effects, as with any supplement, take creatine monohydrate in the recommended doses to avoid any negative side effects.

Its not an amino acid, or a protein. Creatine phosphate is a phosphate donor, and responsible for muscle contractions that occur in the second pathway of energetics. When a neuro-impulse is recieved by myoactin fibers, ATP is split which causes an energy release that in turn causes the cross linking fibers to collapse, creating a muscle contraction. When ATP stores are exhausted, the result is ADP, which is then further broken down into AMP which later has separate functions. The resulting ADP then "borrows" a phosphate molecule from creatine phosphate so muscle contractions can continue. Adding more creatine to your muscles is what prolongs muscle contractions, giving you greater anaerobic endurance. Jumping higher, longer, or running faster require completely different mechanisms.

This is why it does not help you do those things, and why your video on youtube looks almost as silly as your blog, though your blog really takes the cake. Seriously, do you just make this shit up as you go? "Its not a steroid, its an amino acid!" Where do you come up with this? Honestly, who told you it was an amino acid?

You said "its an amino acid, actually its a protein" - well which is it? Amino acids are not proteins. You cant even make up your mind what myth you want to believe.

Do yourself a favor and delete this blog before you embarrass yourself any further.
